AQK 09

The AQK 09-N3 pump with cutting device is designed for pumping biologically and mechanically polluted water without abrasive (sand, etc.) or aggressive (acids, etc.) contaminants. The AQK 09-N3 is a hydrostatic rotary pump that works on the principle of continuous displacement of the pumped liquid towards the discharge body in enclosed working spaces. These working spaces are created by the mutual contact of the ingeniously shaped surfaces of the rotating spindle and stator. The pumped fluid is first drawn through the cutting device into the suction chamber, from where it is fed directly into the high-pressure hydraulic section of the pump, with the solid admixtures already ground up. The main and most stressed parts are made of stainless steel, the other parts have a high quality finish. The pump allows to achieve a high output pressure of up to 1 MPa at a flow rate of over 0.5 l/s. In the event of damage to the hydraulic part, caused for example by dry running, this can be repaired very easily and inexpensively. A notable advantage of this pump is the precise workmanship and the quality of the materials, while maintaining a low price. Can be installed in horizontal position.

AQK 06

The AQK 06/400-SZ pump (where the designation AQ-SZ-06 indicates the design for the starting device) is intended for pumping wastewater in pressure sewer systems. The AQK-06 is a hydrostatic rotary pump that operates on the principle of continuous displacement of the pumped liquid towards the discharge body in enclosed working spaces. These working spaces are created by the mutual contact of the ingeniously shaped surfaces of the rotating spindle and stator. It is equipped with an efficient cutting device with self-cleaning function. In addition, the rotation of the outer part of the cutting device activates the effective mixing of the liquid inside the sump and thus prevents the deposit of sludge and grease. On request, the application area of the AQK-06 pump is further extended by the possibility of vertical or horizontal installation in the sump. The main and most stressed parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel, the other parts are made of cast iron and have a high quality finish. Not only does it allow a high outlet pressure (1 MPa) at a flow rate of over 0.5 l/s, but it is also possible to pump wastewater with a moderate sand content, which can enter the pressure sewer sumps. In the event of damage to the hydraulic part, caused for example by dry running, this can be repaired very easily and inexpensively.


AQK 04-N1
